Dusk Lab Group Ltd are seeking a talented and reliable Freelance WordPress Website Developer to support our directors in delivering high-quality websites and digital projects. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong design sensibility, excellent technical skills, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with directors to interpret project briefs and execute website designs.
• Design and build responsive WordPress websites using themes, page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg), and custom CSS where needed.
• Maintain, update, and optimise existing WordPress sites for performance and user experience.
• Implement SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and mobile optimisation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide website support.
• Ensure brand consistency and attention to design detail across all web assets.
• Occasionally assist with content uploads, plugin configuration, or third-party integrations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing and building WordPress websites.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and best practices.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic PHP.
• A strong eye for design, layout, and user experience.
• Experience working with design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable, deadline-driven, and solution-focused.
• UK-based with the right to work as a freelancer.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with WooCommerce or membership platforms.
• Knowledge of basic SEO and website analytics tools.
